Our Story

Two brothers. Different journeys. One shared vision.

Our beginnings

A journey that started long before NT Group.

We are Lucas and Sebastián, brothers and founders of NT Group. We grew up in Argentina, in a family with close ties to tourism. Travel was part of our lives from an early age, alongside rugby, skiing and time spent together.

Living and working in different countries gave each of us a different perspective, along with the ability to adapt, discover and understand new ways of doing things.

NT Group began in Switzerland, when we decided to bring those paths together in a project of our own. We share a personal way of working: listening, being involved and building relationships over time.

Lucas Olivero

Co-founder · Director

My background combines tourism and technology. I enjoy understanding how things work, finding practical solutions and creating a clear structure around an idea. Living and working abroad has also taught me to adapt to different people and ways of doing things.

As Director of NT Group, I focus on organising our work and helping projects move forward. Sebastián and I share decisions, each contributing our own experience.

Sebastián Olivero

Co-founder · Business Development

My background is in business development, travel, hospitality and events. Over more than ten years, I have co-founded tourism and gastronomy businesses, worked in luxury hospitality in Switzerland and helped organise international sporting events.
